SKIING & SNOWSHOEING: In our true Winter, we have a splendid set of ski trails called the Mukwonago Ski Trails of various difficulty levels. It is s just a couple of miles down the road, and managed by the U.S. Forest Service. We also have several pairs of snowshoes for rent here. Let us know if this will be of interest to you. The lake, frozen solid of course, is a fabulous experience for skiing or snowshoeing. We do not allow snowmobiles on the property because of the danger to the golf course, and our belief in the Quiet of the season and the tradition of the 10 mph on the water in summer. Snowmobiles must be trailer-ed in and out and taken to a trail access – about three miles.
