Quiet Season Rates - 2008-2009

Monday, OCTOBER 13, 2008 (end of Columbus Day weekend) thru Thursday, MAY 21,  2009 (eve of Memorial Day weekend

THIRD NIGHT IS FREE IN THE QUIET SEASON
(Same as Fall rates, but with the third night free)
(special rates for Birkebeiner weekend)

FOUR BEDROOMS, TWO BATHROOMS
FOX DEN, (rate covers 8, can sleep up to 13 with TWO sofa beds)
BOULDER KNOLL (rate covers 8 sleeps up to 11 with ONE sofa beds)
$510 per night/weekends ($420 per night weekdays)

THREE BEDROOM, THREE BATHROOM
WHITE BIRCH (rate covers 6, can sleep 10 with ONE sofa bed)
  $510 per night/weekends ($420 per night weekdays)

TWO BEDROOMS, TWO BATHROOMS
WOODS HILL ((rate covers 4, can sleep up to 6 with ONE sofa bed))
$390 per night/weekends ($330 per night weekdays)
If just two people, using only one bedroom and bath: deduct $70

ONE BEDROOM, SUITE APARTMENTS
GREEN WING SUITE & BLUE WING SUITE
  (rate covers 2 , can sleep up to 4(Green) or 5(Blue) with sofa bed)
$190 per night/weekends ($170 per night weekdays)

GUEST HOMES AVAILABLE IN "SHOULDER SEASONS" (November & April) 
RED OAK, WOOD DUCK, WHISTLE WINGS.
ALSO IN MID MAY: BIG PINE, YELLOW BIRCH, ALDER

 ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO SALES TAX 5.5%, but are NOT subject to the service charge which would apply in the main season (because the normal Lodge/resort services are not offered!)
