We frequently welcome fairly large groups to the resort:

1. family reunions with three or four generations,
2. fishing , golfing, and hunting groups and
3. small business meetings that include fun with business.

We are happy to offer a DISCOUNT OF 10% ON ACCOMMODATIONS to a group of ten or more on the following terms:

1. minimum of ten paying guests (infants not included);
2. FIVE NIGHTS minimum in the peak summer season
   (late June, July and most of August), or THREE NIGHTS minimum in the spring and fall seasons.
3. two or more guest homes (ten in one home does not apply)
4. a group is expected to average ONE MEAL PER DAY in the dining room, either breakfast or dinner. Please make reservations the day before.
5. DEPOSIT POLICY is the same as other reservations, with two nights deposit taken on each guest home reserved and applied to the last two days of the reservation. In case of cancellation, or reduction of group size, each guest home deposit is handled individually, and will not be transferred to the group as a whole. If one home was cancelled prior to 21 days, a 75% refund would be issued. If one home was cancelled within 21 days, one deposit would be forfeited.
6. SERVICE CHARGE of 15% will be applied before accommodations are discounted (no tipping allowed at the Lodge)
7. group discount applies to reservations made directly with us, and does not apply to agency booking which are commissionable.
8. This may be combined with a 7% weekly discount when staying any seven nights, for a total of 17%.
