Ross' Teal Lake Lodge and Teal Wing Golf Club are delighted to offer FREE GOLF for resort guests in May and October. Any guest staying on the Lodge, on regular rates, packages or Quiet Season Rates rates is welcome to golf as much or as little as they desire, and never pay a greens fee in May or October. We do ask that you pay for the golf cart if you choose to take one.
A great deal for adamant golfers who want to golf till they drop. Very popular for the guys or girls weekend, or a couples weekend. We have groups who tee off early in the morning and finally come off the course when it is too dark to see the ball. Want to try golf for the first time?  This is a great opportunity while enjoying the Northwoods. Teal Wing is just up the hill from the Lodge so if it gets too cold just run down to the cabin to warm up, or you want to have "just one more beer"… no need to get back in the car, just take the golf cart (or walk if need be) down to your cabin.
The full restaurant and Lodge facilities open Memorial Day weekend and close mid-October, however cabins with full kitchens are available during the whole month of May and October. We offer a Quiet Season Special before and after the Lodge facilities close, third night FREE!
 Teal Wing Golf Club opens May 1st, with full operation including grilled picnic lunch from noon till 4pm, and constant beverage cart on the course. Teal Wing closes around October 24th. The weather can be beautiful and warm but it can also be cold, bring layers. It is not unheard of to get a small snow flurry in early or late season! On cold days, we recommend "Peppermint Patties, " hot chocolate and peppermint schnapps, to keep you warm and nimble for swinging the club.
May golf at Teal Wing is a great way to warm up for the season. Due to good snow cover, Teal Wing always winters well and lush fairways greet us in the spring. The trees are just starting to leaf out, so the views are wider and balls easier to find.
Memorial Day weekend is included in this special, so guest staying at the resort can enjoy FREE GOLF, as well as homemade breakfast and excellent dinners at the Lodge!
October at Teal Wing is stunning with the colors of autumn. The maintenance crew keeps busy blowing leaves so the fairways stay clear. A perfect last golf trip for the season, with the kaleidoscope of colors that only the Northwood can provide and wildlife all around, not to mention great golf. |
