Ross' Daily Menus - Tried and True! We offer THREE to FOUR special items each night. We offer a BROILED AGED RIB EYE ANGUS STEAK*, every night except Saturday (Lodge tradition dictates Prime Rib on Saturday), so if you find the choice too hard one day, the steak is still offered AGAIN tomorrow! It can be grilled normally or "blackened" with creole pepper seasoning with a horseradish sauce option. Some favorite items come by twice, other special items appear only once because of longer prep time (it wouldn't be any other day but Sunday for Virginia's Southern Fried Chicken.
Dinner is either $22 or $27 depending on the entree and includes the salad bar (with our own dressings), fresh baked rolls, biscuits and muffins, nonalcoholic beverages and an assortment of luscious desserts prepared fresh daily. (We take out all the calories in the kitchen and give them back to you in a plain brown wrapper when you leave!) A vegetarian specialty is also available every night. Most evenings we also have a choice for the children's option as well as smaller servings of menu items if they choose. Kids love chicken on Sunday and turkey on Wednesday. We offer bratwurst in the basket dinners on Tuesday and Thursday, spaghetti (meatballs optional) on Saturday and hamburgers on Monday & Friday. |
