Boulder Knoll is situated on a rolling knoll with long views to the lake (250 feet from lakeside) and easy quick access to the golf course. The dining and living room’s big picture windows provide wonderful light and glimpses of the lake over a Boulder Knoll’s own picnic table, fire pit, and swing. Boulder is a short walk down from the Main Lodge and swimming pool and shares dock access across the road with a neighboring cabin.

Comfortable Four-bedroom Guest Home with Lake View. Built in the 1970’s as a family home for the second generation of the Ross family, this lovely home has all the comforts of a true home with all the special extra details such as huge windows, a great kitchen (with dishwasher), a separate dining area, wet bar area, enormous living room and super closets. The living room is 20' x 16' with a wood burning fireplace and hearth to sit on, surrounded by magnificent dark oak paneling. The master bedroom is huge, with a double bed and two twins, usually made up as a king size (unless you request two beds). This big bedroom shares a large bathroom (with tub/shower) with the second bedroom, which has a double bed and a twin. A third bedroom, a bit separate from the others, has a sofa bed as well as a double, and lots of natural light. The fourth bedroom is cozy, with just a double. These share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.   It has remained as a private home for 30 years, but came into rental for the first time in 2005. We are expecting it to become quite popular for larger family groups and couples weekend, yet comfortable when there are fewer people. It is Victoria’s (4th generation Ross) 1st choice when friends come to visit, mix of couples and singles, because the layout creates a perfect social setting (and she loves the kitchen!) The cabin layout also works well for business groups. The living room and/or dining room provide ample space for meeting. Food can be catered in, or cooked there, without interrupting the meeting.
