With massive log walls, this gorgeous old cabin was designed in 1907 to accommodate six small hotel rooms. In 1989, we removed 80 years of "remodeling" and six layers of interior walls to reveal the original, square hand-hewn logs. It is located closest to the center of the resort; Main Lodge, game room, swimming pool, as well as the main dock and swim area. Lakefront is only 30 feet away.

Huge Historic Lakeside cabin with Screen Porch This magnificent historic building has a delightfully open living room with fireplace, modern kitchen, and two tub/shower bathrooms accessed from hallway. On the lower level, there is a master bedroom with two double beds, and two other bedrooms, each with a double and twin bed. Upstairs in the open loft, with a balcony overlooking the living room and kitchen, there is sleeping for four in four twins, great for kids, but no privacy (or two king size beds on request). Big Pine's huge screened porch, with swing, table and other chairs, has the best view of Teal Lake as the sun sets between the two main islands. Ideal for a large family or reunion. Also popular with Bachelor groups.
